Instructions
  1. Prepare the Marinade:A bowl of raw skirt steak marinated with lime wedges and green onions, accompanied by a bottle of Corona Extra beer on a kitchen counter.

Place the raw skirt steak in a large mixing bowl. Add lime wedges and green onions. Pour a full bottle of beer over the steak until fully submerged. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

  2. Season the Steak:A serving-sized portion of marinated skirt steak with green onions and lime wedge in a bowl, accompanied by a bottle of Lawry's Seasoned Salt.

Tips for Success

  1. Choose Fresh Ingredients: Use fresh lime, green onions, and high-quality beer for the best flavor.
  2. Marinate Thoroughly: Let the steak marinate for at least one hour to absorb the full flavors of the beer and lime.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Always preheat your air fryer to ensure even cooking and a nice crust on the steak.
  4. Rest Before Slicing: Letting the steak rest allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a tender and juicy result.
  5. Customize Seasoning: Adjust the salt level to your taste, but avoid over-seasoning as the marinade already adds a lot of flavor.
