Description
Savor the harmonious blend of sweet jujubes, silky tremella, crunchy lotus seeds, and antioxidant-rich goji berries in this traditional Chinese soup. It's not only a comforting treat but also a nutritional powerhouse, perfect for boosting immunity, skin health, and relaxation.  This delectable dessert soup can be made in 35 minutes.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Dried Jujube (About 15 Jujube)
  • 3 cup Dried Tremella Mushroom (Piled up cup)
  • 1/2 cup Dried Lotus Seed
  • 1/3 cup Dried Goji Berries
  • 1/2 cup Rock Candy
  • Optional Toppings
Instructions
  1. A pot of water coming to a boil.

    Bring 12 cups of water to a boil.

  2. Adding dried Goji Berries to the boiling pot of water.

    Add in 1/3 cup of dried Goji Berries.

  3. One half a cup of dried lotus seed added to a pot of boiling water.

    Add in 1/2 cup of dried Lotus Seeds.

  4. One cup of dried Jujube added to the pot of boiling water.

    Add 1 cup of dried Jujube (about 15 Jujube).

  5. Adding three cups of dried tremella mushrooms to the pot of boiling water.

    Add 3 piled up cups of dried Tremella Mushrooms.

    If the chunks are too big feel free to shred them up smaller.
  6. Boiling pot of water, dried jujube, dried lotus seeds, dried goji berries, and dried tremella mushrooms.

    cover with lid and let it boil for 25 minutes.

  7. Adding one half a cup of rock candie for sweetness to a pot of boiling water with jujube, lotus root, goji berry, and tremella mushroom.

    Add 1/2 cup of Rock Candy and let it boil another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

  8. Jujube, lotus root, goji berry, tremella mushroom soup/dessert in pretty bowls.

    Serve either hot or chilled.
