Instructions

  1. Bring 12 cups of water to a boil.

  2. Add in 1/3 cup of dried Goji Berries.

  3. Add in 1/2 cup of dried Lotus Seeds.

  4. Add 1 cup of dried Jujube (about 15 Jujube).

  5. Add 3 piled up cups of dried Tremella Mushrooms.

    If the chunks are too big feel free to shred them up smaller.
  6. cover with lid and let it boil for 25 minutes.

  7. Add 1/2 cup of Rock Candy and let it boil another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

  8. Serve either hot or chilled.
